The house is divided into three functional parts under one roof: living rooms (54,5), terrace-outdoor kitchen (32,7) and a sauna-ancillary room (11,5). A modern summer house can be used all-year-round and is easly adaptable to the different requirements of the site. The house and its inhabitat are synced with the rythm of the nature. In the summer life blossoms and the activity of the house flows from inside to outside - to the terraces, sauna, outdoor kitchen and the surrounding garden. During winter the inhabitants gather inside the living room, around the fireplace.
The living room is composed of two bigger rooms; a open kitchenette, two sleeping chambers, washing room and wc. The living room is like a body that is constantly warm. The terrace-outdoor kitchen is the heart of the house during summer, and connects the house and sauna into a whole. Here food is prepared and eaten, the mind and body is rested. When leaving the house for the city, the terrace can be closed by lowering the awnings.
The exterior finish can be composed out of pre-prepared shingles or wooden siding. The material of the roof and walls should be the same. It is also possible to create closable awnings on the windows - thus shuttering the house completely, allowing it to meld totally with the nature.
NB! No erection works are included!
