The two storey main volume, which is covered with dark wooden siding, is accentuated by punched in forms which mark the covered entrance, terrace and a pathway to the terrace from the sauna. These are covered with light coloured larchwood siding which contrasts with the dark coloured exterior.
The lower floor contains the boiler room, entrance hallway, sauna with ancillary rooms, living room and a kitchen-dining room. The second floor houses three bedrooms with their own wardrobes and a spacious bathroom.
The roof has a 8 degree angle towards the north-eastern side ensuring maximum use of passive solar heating in the southern side of the house.
